Return Policy
At Atelier Loreen, every garment is meticulously handmade to order, ensuring the highest quality and craftsmanship. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items
We take great care to ensure the quality of our garments. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@atelierloreen.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number in the subject line and attach clear photos showing the damage or fault(s).
3. Resolution Process: Once we receive your email, our team will review the issue and respond promptly to resolve it.
Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning damaged items.
• Items must be returned using a trackable courier service (e.g., DHL or FedEx) requiring a signature upon delivery. Atelier Loreen is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Non-Refundable Shipping
• The original shipping cost (even if provided for free) is non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our garments, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage upon arrival.
Important Notes
1. Color Variations:
• All color shades may vary slightly between production runs. Additionally, lighting conditions during photoshoots may affect the appearance of colors in images. As a result, the actual fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
2. Customs & Import Fees:
• International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Atelier Loreen cannot refund or exchange items refused by customs.
